Authored By: TrailCentral Bitterbrush - Nelson Description: Hall Ranch now has two options to access Nelson Loop. This route tracks the more difficult of the two. The track begins at the lower parking area and Bitterbrush Trail is ridden. Bitterbrush forces any riding to focus on their timing and technical riding ability. Once past the technically difficult uphill the trail continues into the valley and up the opposing valley wall to Nelson Loop. Nelson loop is taken counterclockwise and reconnects with Bitterbrush. The trail is then ridden down the same way it was ridden up. Total distance for this ride is 9.6 miles.
